Control process
Websites developed under the Renow framework are built within a generic and centralised architecture, following project management processes and complying with the Renow checklist. To ensure neutrality, we regularly call on accessibility experts to verify the compliance of websites or new features.
Each site is evaluated in several stages:
- During the design of the content structure.
- During the production of graphic and functional mock-ups.
- Before it is published.
Once the site is online, checks are performed as follows:
- For each new content item, the editorial team checks access to the entire content before it is published.
- Each new site feature is evaluated before it is published.
During evaluations, the site is tested with the main screen readers, on tablets, mobiles and PCs. It is also tested with different web browsers (compatibility up to 2 versions behind the current version).
Skills of the people involved
Work procedures integrate the application of Internet guidelines during the various stages of producing the site (writing, management, development).
Our staff have the knowledge and skills required to correctly apply the Internet guidelines.
