Training centres tailored to your needs
Joining the CNFPC means training in industry-specific techniques through teaching methods and flexible programmes tailored to the business world.
These take into account the practical constraints of the workplace, providing state-of-the-art technical facilities and equipment used in the professional world.
We have chosen to develop a training programme that complements what companies do in-house. To this end, we have redesigned the modules and the structure of our courses, using a teaching approach that combines training at our premises with training in real-life work situations. This enables participants to acquire skills that they can subsequently apply in the workplace.
The CNFPC offers innovative training programmes, tailored to all sectors and supported by modern, multi-purpose facilities.

A Message from the Management
Vincent Hieff, Nathalie Fratini and Laurent Goedert
At the National Centre for Continuing Vocational Training (CNFPC), we believe that training is the engine of change.
For more than forty years, our mission has been to support employees, freelance professionals, businesses and public institutions in Luxembourg in developing the skills that build the future.
As a training body of the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth, the CNFPC has established itself as the benchmark national centre for continuing vocational training.
Our aspiration: to anticipate changes in the labour market and to respond to them with an innovative training offer, anchored in the reality of modern working and facing up to the digital and environmental transitions.
Our eight expert hubs – Industry and Process, Mobility, Human Skills, Social and Healthcare, Digital and Data, Luxembourg Drone Center, Spatial Planning and Sustainable Construction, Environment, Nature and Forestry – translate this desire to offer training courses adapted to the country’s economic and technological needs.
Through these areas of training, we prepare professionals for the careers of today and tomorrow; Industry 4.0, electromobility, automation, digitalisation, the circular economy, sustainable resource management, and much more too.
The CNFPC puts the human at the heart of transformation.
Our pathways bring together active teaching methods, digital tools and personalised support, in order to simultaneously develop the technical, digital and behavioural skills needed for long-term employability.
Our trainers, who come directly from the field, pass on their expertise with passion and rigour, pursuing a logic of specific and progressive apprenticeship.
With its Skillsbridges branding, the CNFPC likewise offers a flexible and customisable approach, allowing everyone – employee, decision taker or job seeker – to quickly acquire targeted skills thanks to short and certificated training courses.
With a presence at six sites across Luxembourg, from the south (Esch-sur-Alzette, Belval, Ehlange, Strassen) to the north (Ettelbruck, Colmar-Berg), the CNFPC guarantees proximity, accessibility and responsiveness for all its audiences.
Today more than ever, our role is to train to transform: transforming careers, transforming businesses, and transforming society as a whole.
By boosting workability, meaning a person’s capacity to adapt, develop, and flourish professionally, we are contributing to a more innovative, inclusive and sustainable economy.
