The CNFPC – National Centre for Continuing Vocational Training supports jobseekers registered with ADEM in their career change in Luxembourg.

Our training courses leading to qualifications and certificates enable participants to develop new skills in growing sectors and facilitate their return to work

Who is it for?

Career change programmes are aimed at anyone aged 18 or over who is in a career transition within the labour market, as well as jobseekers.

The aim:

To offer you the opportunity to (re)enter the labour market, to develop, to enhance your skills, to change direction or to advance your professional career.

Certifications:

Depending on the course: a training certificate or attestation issued by the CNFPC / the Ministry of National Education and Youth.

Our offer

These training courses form part of a reskilling process, i.e. the acquisition of new skills to change career paths.

Lasting from a few weeks to a few months, they are organised in collaboration with the Employment Development Agency (ADEM), a partner of the CNFPC.

Training courses run in partnership with:

As part of its career transition programme, ADEM offers, subject to certain conditions, training courses funded by the Employment Fund in sectors with recruitment needs, or training tailored to your personal requirements. To support entry into or a return to the labour market, ADEM has entered into partnerships with various training organisations, including the CNFPC, which acts as the training provider in such cases.

Procedure:

To enrol on an upcoming training course organised in partnership with ADEM, please follow this procedure:

    1. Find out more about the training courses on offer from your designated ADEM adviser.
    2. Your registration for a training course must be approved by your advisor.
    3. Once your registration has been approved by ADEM, you will receive an invitation to a group information session.
    4. The group information session is followed by an individual interview with the ADEM training coordinator.
    5. Jobseekers selected by ADEM will receive an invitation to join the training course run by the CNFPC.
