The ageing population is gradually reshaping the Luxembourg labour market.

With this in mind, the Vocational Training Department wishes to open a dialogue on three specific challenges facing organisations: the skills to be developed and passed on, the transformation of occupations and ways of working, and the new markets emerging as a result of increased life expectancy.

A round-table discussion organised in partnership with Ficel Conseil to put these developments into perspective.
